User Guide: Confirm Orders

We’ll notify you via email whenever your books are sold in our marketplace. 

Please confirm or cancel orders within  48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that aren’t confirmed within 48 business hours will automatically be canceled. As courtesy to your customers, confirm orders as  quickly as possible.

Step 1.)   Sign in to your ValoreBooks Sell account.

Step 2.)   Click ‘Fulfill Orders Pending’ under ‘Sales’

Step 3.)    Select all orders that you’re ready to ship and click ‘Confirm Selected; for items that you want to cancel, click ‘Cancel Selected’

Note: Customers will automatically receive an email that their orders have shipped one business day after you confirm their orders.
