User Guide: Process Refunds

Your customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund. Returned items will be shipped to your seller address. Once you receive the returned items, please notify ValoreBooks; we’ll process the customer’s refund on your behalf.

Step 1.)   Sign in to your ValoreBooks Sell account

Step 2.)   Click ‘View Sales and File Refunds’

Step 3.)   Select the appropriate order

Step 4.)   Click ‘Refund’

Step 5.)   Choose a ‘Refund Reason’

Step 6.)   Choose a ‘Refund Type’

Step 7.)   Enter a message to your customer

Step 8.)   Your customer will automatically receive an e-mail indicating their order has been refunded

Note:

  • The refund button will not appear until 24 hours after an order has been confirmed.
  • Customers should expect their refund to appear on their credit card or bank statement 2-5 business days after you have submitted their refund.
