Why was my item not accepted for ESP?
Items may be rejected (not accepted for payment) by our logistics center for the following reasons:
- The quality of the item is below good. Please review our condition guidelines.
- The ISBN of the item did not match the ISBN listed in the order.
- The item displays fraudulent characteristics.
- The item was shipped too late or did not arrive in time for processing. Items must be processed by our logistics center by 20 days (at the latest) from the time the order was created. Please ensure items are shipped in a timely manner to allow for transit and processing time.
How will I know if an item is not accepted for ESP?
You will receive a daily email notification of any items not accepted for ESP.
What happens to the rejected items?
If one or more of your ESP items fails to meet our standards, we will notify you via email and update your order details page. You have 14 days from the time of this notification to request that your items be returned to you. To submit this request, please reply to the daily email or contact us directly. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, your items will be recycled.
What happens to my payment if an item is not accepted?
The cost of the item and shipping credit will be deducted from your account on a following invoice.
